Rose Berg has been serving as Administrative Coordinator I in the Department of Performing and Visual Arts since March 2020. Prior to that, she was an Administrative Assistant in NSU’s College of Dental Medicine.
Rose and her family lived in Indianapolis, IN for 24 years before she and her husband moved to South Florida in 2016. She received her B.S. in Business Management from Indiana State University. She and her husband have two grown children.
Growing up in Indiana, she became interested in dance while in high school, where she was a member and captain of her dance team. She continued in dance throughout college as a member of the dance team, until becoming the Student Director during her senior year. She also performed with Dance Action Terre Haute Dance Company. After college, Rose tried out and was selected to the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders, a professional dance team, where she performed during NFL football games and community events. Rose went on to open a dance studio for students of all ages, including adults. Her students performed at dance recitals, retirement homes, parades, and festivals.
Rose looks forward to serving the faculty, staff, and students at NSU’s Department of Performing and Visual Arts.
