The English minor provides you with a broad and insightful overview of American, British, and world literatures, while reinforcing effective writing and analytical skills. When combined with any major program of study, this minor offers you the opportunity to sharpen your critical thinking and writing abilities—a valuable asset for any profession. It also widens your perspective on literary texts from across the globe, spanning from antiquity to the present day. This minor can be combined with any major and minor, except the English major.
