Set your sights on a career in vision care with an Optometry minor. This program provides a strong academic foundation specifically tailored to prepare you for the rigors of a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) program. Explore the unique blend of mathematics, optics, and medicine that defines this health care profession. You'll build essential knowledge in key areas such as optics, pharmacology, and human anatomy, creating a seamless pathway into professional optometric education.

This minor is designed to strengthen your undergraduate experience and facilitate a successful transition into an O.D. program, not to replace any part of it. It can be combined with any major and minor.
