Education:
Danielle Pierce is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Communication, Media, and the Arts at NSU’s Halmos College of Arts and Sciences. She received a Bachelor of Science in Pre-k/Primary Education in 2018 and a Master of Arts in Composition, Rhetoric, and Digital Media in 2021 from Nova Southeastern University. During her time as an NSU student, Danielle gained valuable experience in both education and composition as a Graduate Assistant Coordinator at the NSU Writing and Communication Center. She has presented and facilitated numerous sessions at the Southeastern Writing Center Association (SWCA) Conference from 2020 to 2021, and her research has been published in the International Writing Centers Association (IWCA)’s The Peer Review. Danielle currently works as a full-time first grade teacher and teaches both basic and advanced college writing at NSU.
