Liz Mignacca is a Canadian born stage actor, singer, theatre director and educator. She has been teaching Theatre, Voice, and Music for over 12 years.
Some Regional Theatre credits at the Orlando Shakespeare Theatre include Les Miserable (Ensemble), The Merry Wives of Windsor (Rugby), The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby (Opera Singer, Snawley, Ensemble), To Kill a Mockingbird (Mayella Ewell), and James and the Giant Peach (Ladybug, Aunt Sponge).
She graduated with her M.F.A. in Acting Performance from the University of Central Florida and her B.A. in Theatre at the University of Florida & since then she has been teaching everything from College to primary and secondary school. She has worked everywhere from Disney, to the Orlando Shakes Theatre & the Orlando Repertory Theatre, to several Florida Schools performing, teaching, and directing. Her last position was head of the Acting Program at American Heritage, where she directed, co-directed, and/or musically directed over 35 productions. She is currently at Somerset Academy in Pembroke teaching theatre for the Arts Conservatory Program as well as teaching theatre courses at Nova Southeastern University and Broward College.
