Minor in Physics

Gain a fundamental understanding of the universe with a Physics minor. This program equips you with a basic background in core physics principles and mathematical methods. Knowledge of physics is incredibly versatile, benefiting students across diverse fields, from biology and medicine to computer science. It's also essential for education majors planning to teach physical sciences.

All students in the minor will complete a core of required courses covering mechanics, electromagnetism, and modern physics. Beyond that, you can tailor your minor by choosing additional physics and mathematics courses that align with your individual interests and career goals. This minor can be combined with any major and minor.
