Art + Design (B.A.)
Find your niche in studio art or design to prepare for a career as a freelance artist or for employment in dozens of industries that need qualified design professionals. Volunteer and internship opportunities help you hone your skills on real-world assignments.
Communication (B.A.)
Prepare for a career in radio and television broadcasting, film, journalism, new media, public relations, education, law and event promotions. Develop your skills by contributing to on-campus print, digital and broadcast media or as an intern at local or national media outlets.
Dance (B.A.)
Become a performer, choreographer, educator – or pursue a graduate dance program. Take part in the NSU Dance Ensemble, and find your inspiration from master classes and visiting professionals who explore new modes of communication through movement.
English (B.A.)
You'll get a comprehensive foundation in British, American and world literatures that will prepare you for a path to explore additional exciting areas, ranging from popular culture to literary theory and criticism, from Shakespeare and science fiction, to the Harlem Renaissance, Latinx culture, Gender Studies, Film Studies and more.
