Did You Know...
- Sea turtles have soft noses, just like dogs. And they have a good sense of smell underwater!
- Most sea turtles have hard shells, just like land turtles, except for leatherbacks who have flexible leathery shells. Unlike land turtles, though, sea turtles can't pull their heads and feet into their shell.
- Only sea turtles live in the ocean. If you see a turtle that's not a sea turtle, don't put them in the ocean!
