Professional Interests

Efrat Friedman is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Writing and Communication at NSU's College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) where she has taught creative writing, composition, research writing, and business writing. Her passion is fiction writing in conjunction with art, music, and travel, and her research interests include historical fiction, particularly the Victorian era and World War II.  She won the Part-Time Faculty Excellence in Teaching Award and always attempts to instill within her students a love for creative expression.
