Education:
Carlene Munoz is a Cuban-American artist, born in Miami, Florida. She received a BFA in Drawing from New World School of the Arts in 2006, and was awarded a graduate teaching assistantship in 2011 from the University of Florida, where she received a MFA in Drawing in 2014. Currently an Adjunct Drawing Professor at New World School of the Arts and Nova Southeastern University. She is a former Fountainhead Studio Resident; her drawings and paintings have been exhibited both nationally and internationally in galleries and museums including The Fredric Snitzer Gallery, MA Arte Contemporaneo, and The Boca Raton Museum of Art.
