How to Apply

Applications for the 2024-26 National Coral Reef Management Fellowship are open.

  • Prospective applicants will apply directly through Nova Southeastern University’s (NSU) online portal.
  • The application period will be open now through 23:00 EDT on July 31st, 2023.
  • Fellows are employed directly through NSU but will be located onsite at each host agency. The fellowship is a partnership funded by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the US Department of the Interior.
  • Applicants may save information entered on their partially completed application form on each page but must submit the completed application via the online portal by 23:00 EDT, July 31st, 2023.
  • Prospective applicants may apply for more than one jurisdictional position, but a separate application must be submitted for each position.
  • The job descriptions vary by jurisdiction, so it is highly suggested applicants carefully review each job description for which they wish to apply.
  • Prospective applicants should note that this is a management and policy focused fellowship, and that SCUBA diving will not be permitted.
  • Applications will be reviewed in late summer/early fall and those selected for interviews will be contacted in October/November 2023.
  • Positions will start in each jurisdiction in January 2024.
