The Department of Conflict Resolution Studies is Pleased to Announce its Executive Pathways Online Programs

This online course is designed for health professionals navigating conflicts in patient care, workplace dynamics, and complex healthcare systems. Whether you’re a clinician, administrator, or public health expert, this program equips you with essential conflict resolution skills tailored to the healthcare environment.

Format
3 hours of asynchronous work per week
3 hours synchronous (Zoom) every Saturday
 
Attendance Requirement
Must attend all weekend meetings receive a certificate of completion
 
Who can participate
Completed their master’s degree in a related discipline
or
Have three to five years professional experience
 
Program Fees
$1,300 for non-NSU participant
$1000 for NSU participant OR register for a three-credit course
